Do you work remotely?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely to businesses across the United States. For anything requiring access to your machine we use a supervised remote session, so you can see every step.
How much does a QuickBooks project cost?
It depends on the state of your file. We review your situation first and send a written flat price before any work begins. The scope review is free.
What do you need before starting?
Usually a copy of your company file or read-only access, a short description of the problem, and the software version you run. We confirm exactly what is needed before you send anything.
Do you provide tax advice?
No. We install, configure and troubleshoot tax and payroll software, but we are not a licensed tax advisory service.
What happens if the project is more complex than expected?
We come back to you before doing extra work. The quoted price stands for the agreed scope, and anything beyond it is discussed and approved first.
Is there support after delivery?
